About Spharaka Networks

    A deep-tech cybersecurity company

We build autonomous cyber defence for both halves of a modern organisation: the network that runs the business, and the one that runs the plant. One idea, engineered end to end by our own teams.

    Connect. Protect. Simplify.

    Why we exist

    Defenders deserve a fair fight

Spharaka Networks exists to change that outcome.

For twenty years the security operations centre has run on a quiet assumption: that a person, watching a screen, can keep pace with everything trying to get in. That assumption has expired.

Attacks move at machine speed. Adversaries automate reconnaissance, use AI to write phishing that reads perfectly, and compress intrusions that once took days into minutes. On the other side of the glass, defenders still triage alerts one at a time, move between a dozen consoles, and assemble evidence by hand. When the offence is automated and the defence is manual, the outcome is decided before the incident begins.

The plant floor reached the same place from the opposite direction. Industrial estates were built over decades for uptime and safety, on equipment that cannot be patched on a Tuesday or taken down for a scan, and then they were connected to the rest of the business. Their defenders inherited an estate nobody can afford to interrupt and tools that assume they can interrupt anything.

    What we protect

The network that runs the business, and the one that runs the plant

Most security companies choose one of these. The products that defend an office estate assume they can scan it, patch it and isolate a machine on it. The ones that defend a plant assume they can do none of that. We build for both, because our customers are both.

A plant is not an office with older equipment in it.

In an office estate a wrong move costs somebody a session. On a control network it can cost production, or safety. That is why Signal™ was built to watch rather than to probe: in those environments the monitoring must never become the incident.

What the two estates share is the loop underneath them. See it, understand it, decide, act within what policy allows, and keep the record of why. Because both run on the same foundation, an intrusion that starts in an inbox and ends at a controller is one investigation rather than two teams comparing notes after the fact.

    How we built it

We decided to build the hard parts ourselves

There is a quick way to put AI in a security product: rent it. Wire a general-purpose model to an existing console and the result can summarise an alert and hold a conversation about it. What it cannot do is read the grammar of an attack it was never built to understand, and it cannot be taken into a refinery or a defence network that has no route out to the internet at all.

So we built our own, and that decision has shaped the company more than any other. Three pieces of engineering sit underneath everything we sell.

    What we are

The company that builds it, not the one that resells it

Spharaka Networks is an AI SOC vendor and an OT security company, which is an unusual pair of things to be. We build the platform an AI security operations centre runs on, and the products that defend industrial estates, and we build the parts inside them that most vendors license from somebody else. That is what makes this an AI SOC technology company rather than an assembly of other people's work.

Enterprises license the platform and run it themselves. Authorised partners deliver it to their own customers as SOC as a Service, a managed SOC or MDR. We stay the platform provider in both cases, which is a deliberate choice: a vendor that also sells the managed service ends up competing with the providers it depends on.

    What we believe

    Why the arithmetic matters

The company exists because of a specific piece of arithmetic. Automated attacks scale without headcount and analyst capacity does not, so a security operation whose throughput is bounded by the investigations people can finish in a day cannot close that gap by hiring, and tuning only trades missed detections for a shorter queue. Reaching a conclusion and acting on it without a person in the middle of every step is the one thing that changes the shape of the problem.

None of which is automation for its own sake. It is leverage: it lets a smaller team defend a larger estate, and it gives an analyst back their attention. We believe human expertise is too valuable to spend on repetitive triage and too essential to remove from the decisions that carry consequence, and that meeting AI-driven attacks with anything less than AI-native defence is a fight defenders keep losing.

    What we are for

    Vision and mission

    Vision

A world where individuals, organisations and societies thrive in a digital space that is secure, resilient and trusted by all.

    Mission

Build with speed, precision and confidence, and transform how the world experiences cybersecurity.

    The name
    Spharaka
    Sanskrit, for shield

It is a deliberate choice in a field crowded with acronyms, and a reminder that behind every platform, model and metric the work is simple: to protect. To restore clarity where there is noise, control where there is chaos, and confidence to the people responsible for holding the line.

    The company

    Where we are

Spharaka Networks Private Limited is headquartered in Hyderabad with an office in Bengaluru, and works through a growing ecosystem of specialist security partners.

Our conviction is that the future of security is not more dashboards and longer hours, but intelligence that understands security the way a specialist does and acts at the speed the threat demands. That conviction has been recognised where it counts: Autonomous Cyber Defence Platform of the Year at the 13th CIO Conclave and Awards 2026, Best Cybersecurity Product for the BFSI industry, recognition by the National Centre of Excellence with DSCI and MeitY, and selection for the NASSCOM DeepTech Launchpad Program. Recognition is not the mission. Restoring the balance between attacker and defender is.

    Who built it

    The founding team

A small group who decided that the difficult parts, the model, the agents and the governance over both, were the parts worth building ourselves, and that an industrial estate deserved the same standard of defence as a corporate one.
